Got a quick question: Nutrisystem diet for a south indian?pls suggest? Thanks for any answer. Another question... Stupid me I figured I could do other diets and succeed on my own. Well I was wrong. I was able to get down to 225 but now I am 242. I am still down almost thirty from when I started here one year ago. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could assist you..

Welcome Back! Too bad it has to be right after Philly stomped NY's a$$. Don't feel too bad, Carolina got whupped to..
You can do this, we can do this, together... |

Welcome back! Buckle down, drink your water - you can do it!..

Oh (gloves off) STOP USING THE DAMNED "D" WORD!.
It isn't a "diet", it's a lifestyle change. Once those lessons sink in, you really CAN do it on your own. I haven't had an autoship since September and have been out of Nutrisystem food since October. It can be done, you just have to be open and ready for it.. I gotta admit, if I could afford it, I'd be back on in a heartbeat for the convenience... |

My biggest problem is the lifestyle change part, mine is somewhat set. I lost 30 pounds and then hurt my S.I. Joint hip at work and gained it back then got off the system for a week or so and couldnt seem to get back on. The only reason I havent decided to just give up is how good it felt to go from 380 to 350 even at this size 30 pounds matters..
Dont forget that you did it before and you can do it again.. P.S. Put those @%$ bears on top of the frig to remind you of what you did and what you can do again.I hate those bears. Maybe Ill like the one that has a 160 on it.. |

NY, you are not alone...I was gone a year and came back last week. Those damn beers and big portions get you every time. After all, what harm is there in having a pitcher, some pizza and a dozen wings while out with the boys ?

Good for you NY! Good news is you know how the plan works and you know how to lose..

Way to get back on it. Look at it as a lifestyle change and not a temporary fix...
