Quick question... Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers? And why? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another question I got... My first shipment should arrive tomorrow while I am at work. I intend to start first AM on Wednesday; I am so motivated right now. I am looking to lose 65 pounds give or take and I am looking forward to visiting these boards to share and celebrate our mutual successes.

I am pretty hardcore when it comes to discipline and sticking to a program so I dont fear the challenge of actually losing the weight, I know I can do it what I fear is the challenge of changing my lifestyle and maintaining the weight loss after reaching my goal. I am ready, let the fun begin!..

Welcome..

I was in your same shoes about a week ago. It is daunting and the amount of food you have to eat each day is sometimes hard to fit it all in. Especially during the work day when you have to eat 2 snacks plus lunch. The food is really not that bad tasting at all. I have only 1 or 2 items that I have had so far that I did not really like. I would suggest that you look at the meal planner and make a grocery list so that you have your salad items and throw away all your old food crutches so they do not tempt you.

I ended up giving some of it to my neighbors and parents.As you pick up new items you will want to get the no sugar no fat brands of food. There are many items that end up being free foods if they are under a 20 calorie limit. I had to restock the refrigerator with new food items so that I could have the full meal plan..

Be sure to drink all your water each day. Good luck, it really is working for me ...
