Good luck Dixie and happy losing - not vomiting...;)..

Not everyone dumps on everything. I experienced dumping on a yogurt parfait from Starbucks which I was surprised of. I was miserable so I don't test the waters. Vomitting is something else it usually happens if you eat to much or to fast or eat something that gets stuck. The.

I have never dumped, but in 8 months I have stuck as close to plan as possible. I watch the sugar intake - I try not to go above 5 gr. My thought is that I put my body thru this drastic proceedure to save my life, regain my health...so why would I sabotage myself by eating things that aren't the best choices. I don't miss my old eating habits at all! I am surprised that I do not crave sweets - that is such a blessing!..

According to my program I can have up to 12g of sugar at a time. This would have been the only time I came close to doing this..

I have been struggling to get enough protein b/c of lactose intolerance. So, all I have been eating is meat, eggs, cheese and low fat peanut butter..

I was just sick of the same foods. And grocery shopping makes we feel queazy. (just the thought of most foods...yuck!).

I know that chocolate is a trigger for me. But, I really wanted something that tasted good!!.

I should just embrace the hating Medifast food thing. It will get me thinner and keep me there...
