My 1st question is: Punch Medifast recipes! please help me make one. :)? Hoping for any comment. My 2nd question... Hello everyone! Happy Thanksgiving!! It has been a long while since I posted, but I have been here, enjoying the discussions and what everyone contributes to this forum..

I am 6 months out, 90 pounds down since.

Surgery.

, and 114 pounds down since January..

I started at a tight 30/32 and am now in 22 size clothing. My job is now sending me to Dallas, TX for our annual marketplace show on January 20th. I am so excited, as I have been working here for 5 years, and I was never considered to go, (I am thinking they didn't want to pay for two sears for me to go!!).

But I am scared. Not of flying on a plane, cause I do love thrills!! My biggest goal is to be able to ride everything at 6 Flags Magic Mountain when I get small enough!!! I have had enough of sitting on the sidelines and watching the kids have all the fun!!.

I am scared that I will still "Spill-over" onto the seat next to me making the poor person stuck next to me uncomfortable for the entire flight. Can you all share with me what a good size was for you to fly without being or making everyone else uncomfortable?.

Thanks all!.

Veronica.

P.S. I have been at a weight loss plateau for about a month now, so I.

Hope.

To drop a few more inches before January soon!!!..

I am an extreme pear shaped person, currently a size 22, but when I sit -I spread to about a 24-26. I flew last month on South West - no seat belt extension, tray table came down comfortably, and the person next to me didn't have to feel my flesh. Yes, it was a tight fit, but I think this was the first flight since I was 10 years old where my hips weren't bruised when I got off the plane. Life is good :D..

Having to ask for a seat belt extender was one of the things that got my.

Surgery.

Process into motion. It was humiliating. I was in a 24/26 at the time. When I was a 22, I did not have to ask for an extender. You should be fine. It might be tight, but lets face it by Jan. 20th, You could very well be in a 20 or 18! I am so excited for you! Keep us posted on your trip and how it went!..

Hi! Congrats on the weight loss. I remember when I was a 30/32 and went on a trip, it was very uncomfortable. I was stuffed in my seat and the belt was very uncomfortable. But I found that when I got down to a size 18 and went on a trip this past summer I was very comfortable in my seat. I actually had extra room between me and the seatbelt. I was quite pleased.

You may have to change up your.

Exercise.

Routine to get past the plateau. Try something different that you haven't been doing and I'm sure the scale will start to move again...

Hey all, thanks for your kind words and support! (And the laughs to, Ricky....it IS true, there ARE a lot of annoyances in an airplane isn't there?.

An update on my plateau...it broke. I lost a total of 11 pounds between Thanksgiving and today! :).

I have officially hit the 100 pound mark since.

Surgery.

, and the size 22's I just got last week are too loose today! lol!..

I was a 22-24 before.

Surgery.

, but only had to get an extension once (in China, on a local carrier - those seats are small!, I really wanted a footspace extension for my size 10 feet) on US carriers my only problem was getting the tray table down. I was in Maui a month ago and got on an inter island carrier to get to Honolulu for the trip home. I looked down the aisle to see a very large woman seated next to me, - My first thought was OMG how are we ever going to fit together. But I'm a size 10 jeans now and it felt so good that I didn't even mind that she overlapped a bit. I used to.

Hope.

For a seat next to small children,.

Screaming.

Or not. At 20/22 you'll do fine. Enjoy and think about next time..

Just got off American Airlines today...size 16 and had Wow moment! I buckled my belt and pulled... the extra belt went 3-4 inches over...I had to use an extension in the past or hide the fact I was not buckled in. The tray was always riding up on my belly, I would hold the drinks in my hand or used another seat's tray..

You will be fine. A 22 will fit and by Jan. you will be way down. Life is good. Good job and keep up the good spirits...
