My question is Really good gluten free bread Medifast recipes..? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... I was getting used to losing an average of a pound a day..and loving it!! Then about a week to 10 days ago it just stopped..

It feels like every other Medifast diet I've ever been on and failed. My weight won't budge now. And I'm afraid this is how it's gonna stay..

Is that possible? It's not like I'm eating junk food. Lol!..

I platued a few times since my.

Surgery.

On March 9 this year. I did around the same time you did about 4 weeks out, then again around 3-4 months out... and there again now. From what others have said, this is very normal and you will do a few times, or a lot..... but you will loose more...

It seems people regularly plateau at 4-6 wks. Some aren't eating enough, and some may be adding carbs back in. It really helps to keep a food, weight and.

Exercise.

Log, so you can look back and see wjat's happening..

Some plateaus are just nature's way of saying, "can you hold?" lol..

4 weeks is right on schedule. If you didn't take your measurements before.

Surgery.

, take them now and watch those numbers tumbling instead of the scale staying put. If you did take them, well, take them again because early on when your scale plateaus is when the tape measure really moves. (This is also a good time to do a quick run through of your wardrobe, some of your larger small clothes are either too big already or fit just right (for a couple of weeks anyway.).

Yes and at any week to come. Lots of plateaus to come. Don't worry about the numbers. Your process will continue regardless. I have noticed that I have a tendency to plateau every time I slack off on the water. I already get my protein in, which is important too.

You have a long way and many plateaus to go, so just relax, stick to your plan, and let it happen!..

I did the same thing. I didn't lose anything for 2 weeks. then dropped 5 pounds. My doc said your body goes into starvation mode cause you are not eating much, then realizes it is not going to get more so it starts to let go again. Just hold on, it will start to fall off again..

I am 4 weeks out right now. lost 15 before.

Surgery.

, 15 the first 2 weeks after then nothing for 2 weeks, now 7 more in the last 3 days...
