I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could assist you..

I have been laid off since December of 2007 from Delphi. I work Part-time for the Postal Service now, but nothing around here for a full-time job with no degree..
That is the main reason I'm here....no job=not moving around very much.. I'm just finishing up school while I'm off to try to turn this into a positive thing... |

I have to wish you the best of luck in the job market, tough thing right now..
At least you are realizing what you are doing so you can fix it, it's not too late. Think of how bad you are going to feel if you use the loss of job as a reason to gain weight. Turn it around and use as a tool to keep motivated now that you know what you are doing.. Good luck and if you have to cut back, try using Craigs list, Ebay and other sources to get your food cheaper... |

I left my job for health reasons nine years ago. It was a depressingly long period of adjustment..
All I can say is that when schedules change and stress is high, why add to it by doing what you know is wrong? What helped me was to establish a routine and do as many positive things as I could. I'm not saying it is easy, because it wasn't. There were some specifics that helped: exercise, eating right, study/education/self-improvement, enjoying what leisure you have and not feeling guilty about it. Like bevins9 said, it is a time when you can detach yourself from all the things other people think you should be doing or predicaments of the past that pushed you down one road as opposed to another, take a look at who you are and what you really like to do, and see if now is a time you can go in that direction.. Best of luck to all you guys!.. |

Guys, thanks for the support. For the past two weeks it's been whirl-wind of craziness. This upcoming week will be a true test of getting back on plan and finding a new groove. If I let myself slip too much, I will feel worse so I'm better on plan than off...

OU, get back under 200 pounds or I'll jump thru this screen and ......
Dam, I bumped my head and getting dizzy. You know what I'm saying.. Being on the plan regardless is always better! Take care. You'll "wheather" this... |

Daoneth, I can feel you heat right through this monitor. I had a good weekend and Monday on plan. Should be below 200 sooner than later!..
