First of all What are good Medifast recipes that use sweetened condensed milk? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Another quick question... Has anyone stopped losing weight after just being 3 weeks out? If so what are some of the causes?..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

I think that is pretty normal. I am 16 weeks out and the first 12 weeks were awesome then all of a sudden I stopped until just this week I lost 5 more pounds. The only thing I can suggest is keep up with your protein intake and sip, sip, sip. Good luck and.

Hope.

You get back on the losing wagon soon. :-)..

I did the same thing at around week 4 and 5. It is normal from my understanding. After a week or so I lost quite a bit at once. I have been told it is your bodies way of adjusting. I understand how frustrating it can be. I became such a scale Nazi that I had to limit myself from getting on the scale more than once a week. It helped me a lot...

Just like Joma, I didn't like the scale, so I stopped using it. In fact, I took a more drastic step... I threw it out. Now I only get weighed at the doctor's office. I will not live my life ruled daily by what a scale says. However, when I reach maintenance, I will weigh in every month to make sure I'm doing good...

I.

Hope.

You find a good strategy to deal with the "numbers." Best wishes...!..

Water and.

Surgery.

Fluids, your body stops to see WTF. This happens a lot and sometimes pops back up. Don't freak, just do your thing every day..

This is a great graph, as it has a trend line:.

Hi! Yes it's normal for the scale to stop moving. I notice that I'm not losing as much as some people, but I am losing. Every other month or two I get frustrated with my scale and want to throw it out. I actually did do that about 5 to 6 months ago. Then I bought a new one and now I just weigh once a week on the same day at about the same time. When my scale doesn't move I usually change up my work- outs a little and then the scale starts moving again.

Don't get discouraged...

Very common to hit a plateau. Also common to feel you're not losing as fast as others. I have been a very slow loser compared to some others, but you just can't measure your success by what someone else does. I have continued to lose, even though it's not as fast as I would like. The important thing is that I'm not gaining!..

I have read about people hitting a plateau at about 4-5 months I just didn't know you would hit this early. I thought I must really be doing something wrong to be 6 weeks out and not lost 1 pound since week 3. I know I haven't been able to.

Exercise.

Much since the torn muscle but that is healing so it's going to be on like Donkey Kong!!! Thanks for all the responses and yeah Lu I do feel like a silly girl. No more scales for me!.
