First of all What are some good Medifast recipes I can make? Thanks for any comment. Second question.. Hi Everyone: I had my.

Surgery.

On Friday, and I was released from the hospital today. The.

Surgery.

Went really well. The surgeon repaired a large hernia and then did the RNY Bypass. I'm really amazed that I'm feeling so well. I haven't had any problems with water, broth, clear protein, jello.... I did have some problems in the Hospital, however, I had allergic reatctions to.

Toradol.

And cafazinil (spelling?) Hives, scratching, difficulty breathing. Both had been administered through an IV so the RNY had noting to do with it. I've never had prescription allergies before, and now I have two. I'm on my recovery routine: using a kitchen timer set at 15 minutes to remind myself to sip, resting, then.

Walking.

, repeat, repeat. All in all, happy to have this done and to be moving forward...
