My 1st question is: What are some good snacks for the Medifast Diet? Hoping for any response. My 2nd question... Just got a new shipment of Cinnamon Pretzels...grabbed a bag and ran to the car to head to work. Tried to eat them for breakfast. They didn't have ANY cinnamon on them and they tasted like mold!!! Should I send the whole box back or is there a chance the others will taste ok?.

To make my morning even worse, I stopped for a diet pepsi, they only had diet coke, I grabbed it and didn't open it til I was on the freeway where I noticed it was leaking a little bit and the lid was cracked on the side, no carbonation. My day of eating didn't not start off well! BOO!..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

Since you are a coach (just noticed that), don't you have that info? I order from Medifast site. I only have ordered from TSFL once, I think. One time I got a batch of pancakes from Medifast site that the first packet had these odd black things in the first packet. I still have no clue what they were. I called them and they immediately sent another box to me. They couldn't have been nicer and they said to just dispose of the original box which I did.

Really, I think they can tell if you are sincere or not and it's not like you just don't like them and want to order something else, so they treat that differently. TSFL..I have no idea..

By the way..since you can't hear tone of voice or see facial expressions..I wasn't being a smart (you know what) when I mentioned the coach thing. I just assumed you would be taught EVERYTHING about returns when becoming a coach...

LOL it's ok. I JUST signed up to be a Coach yesterday and am still waiting for all my tools and supplies to arrive. So I haven't learned anything about it yet. And I've never ordered thru TSFL yet, only Medifast and have never had a reason to return anything...

Oh see, that's how clueless I am..no idea who is a coach and who isn't. Call them and tell them about your moldy experience. I have never had a reason either until that moment. I never returned because I didn't like something (just choked it down..right or wrong) and never had any problems. In fact, as much as I am around here and in chat, you are the ONLY person that even knows something happened. Well, you and whoever else reads this..

I just didn't want to make a big deal out of it on the threads, but I was so happy I called them and to see how they responded immediately. You are like me..so positive about them and the food that it's almost like you don't know what to do...

They should replace it with no problems. I got an order once and one box of Van. shakes had every envelope that had about a 1/4 inch opening in every one of them. There was powder all over the place. I called them and told them and they sent out a replacement box and said I could keep the other box. I used them too.

So they may have been missing a little but I didn't care that much. They were very nice about it...
