Question I have... What are some ways to stay motivated when on a Nutrisystem diet? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... GREAT CHALLENGE - Thanks to all who participated..

Get losing.

I noticed that most of us faced up to the fact, early on, that we have made adjustments in the Nutrisystem plan. In the end I think that's great for long term success - but when you hit a stall - or find that staying on track has become a problem - it's time for NS-100..

So here's the deal - Give us an idea of your 100% YW (Your Way) plan and what you'll be committing to do. Each week you should lose 1% of your weight - since none of us will be less than 100 pounds.

We'll simplify it and say at least 1 pound. We'll check in for status every Monday Morning starting with the weigh-in 9/1/2008. Do it YW for the week - but if you don't lose at least 1 NEW pound - then for the next week you must be 100% Nutrisystem - and you must post your meal plan each of the next 7 days..

You can always pick/stay on 100% Nutrisystem - but you must be on the 100% Nutrisystem plan if you failed to lose at least 1 pound the preceding week. Each person will keep track in their signature. Since we'll complete the challenge on the morning of 10/31/2008 (Friday) (and if I've counted correctly) that will be a goal of 100% for 60 days. So in your signature post 100% 0/60 (days on track/60 days for the challenge). Wks 0/9 (number of weeks where at leas 1 NEW pound was lost over 9 weeks for the challenge)..

If there is a tie - the winner will be chosen by a vote of the participants - I will not be eligible to win. If there is a tie - I'll cast the tie breaker vote..

The winner will receive a Harley-Davidson T shirt that my wife got at the HD store in Beijing...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

SORRY MD - YOU'RE RIGHT!!! In searching for everyone's results I looked at Dominoos last post and because your avatars are similar I just unconsciously mixed up your results and left his out!.

Thanks Tom! I didn't care about the T - although, I can say I've never owned a Harley T-shirt before..

I just couldn't see how I was credited with 4 missed weeks!.

One thing I love about Nutrisystem is that it brings out the military in me. I'm good with following the rules..
