Quick question: What has been the most effective Nutrisystem diet for you? Many thanks for any comment. Another quick question... So, the other night I get home and there is a package. I was sent a "thank you" t-shirt by a blog site because I mentioned them in my podcast a while back. I open it up...2x In the past I would have handed it to my wife to wear to sleep in knowing that it would never fit me..

I pulled it on...and it fits. (Not perfectly, but I was wearing 4x in July and a 2x shirt would have just been a pipe dream.).

This morning I realized that my old belt is just not able to perform it's duties any longer. The last notch still leaves it loose enough to pull a huge gap away from the pants..

Pulled out a smaller new belt I had...also a bit too big..

So, today at work I'm wearing a brand new belt for the 1st time...and starting it off on the last notch. I'm wearing a shirt that hangs on me like a drape...seriously, there is almost room for two of my arms in each armhole and I can put an entire closed fist inside the waistband of my pants and belt with room to spare. (I guess my shoe size is still the same...).

I got my latest labs back from the doc with a highlighted comment from him that said: "YOU'RE DOING GREAT! Every number we ran is better!".

I'm almost halfway to a goal that I didn't have any confidence was possible when I started...and I'm just overwhelmed at the progress. It's just more than I could have hoped to accomplish so far..

In three weeks I go to London on vacation and I won't be the guy struggling up an down the stairs, sitting down at every chance to relieve the pain in his knees, and packing multiple suitcases with circus tent sized winter clothes....that guy slipped away when I wasn't looking..

Hey, I'm still damn fat and have a long way to go. But, there's a really different and much more hopeful guy who has somehow slipped back into my saggy new/old skin...
