There are various resources online for the weight trackers. Mine comes from.
Www.w8book.com. You set up an account there and their site will generate the HTML code that you then copy and paste into your signature on this discussion board.. Congrats on hitting the 20 pound mark! I just did myself at this morning's weigh-in... |

NOTE: the only problem people have getting the w8book tracker working - is that they copy the HTML code - scroll all the way down and copy the IMG code.....
