Got a question... What is the best fast Nutrisystem diet? Many thanks for any comment. My 2nd question... Hey y'all. Thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Bryan, and I'm restarting Nutrisystem again next Monday.

Felt GREAT about myself, and actually thought I looked pretty good. Well, in 2007, I ate like food was about to be outlawed, and gained it ALL back, plus 15 pounds.

Failed at that...so here I am again. I didn't participate in the message boards too much back then, but hope to this time. I don't remember seeing a men's board then, and the other boards were almost ALL women..

So...here I am again. Fat, feeling bad about myself, squeezed into pants that are a little too small for me...and saying YET AGAIN that this will be the last time that I have to lose weight. One thing I have learned is that apparently, I'm one of these people that will struggle with this for life. That depresses me actually. You see these people that never struggle with weight, and I have a TOTAL fight with food EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE! Lately food has been winning...but I'm committed to turning those tables..

I look forward to chatting with all of y'all during the next few months...

Ditto...and Crystal Light has all kinds of flavors to help with that boredom of the taste of water..

I use the pre-packaged ones that work real well in a 1 liter bottle..

A little pricey, but it helps...

Thanks to all for the welcome. As for the water, I actually like water, so I've never had that much of a problem drinking it. Just hate having to run to the bathroom all day long...

Welcome back. I can certainly sympathize with you. I reached goal back in November and have found out for certain what I already knew losing it is the easy part. It's maintenance that's the real struggle. But, we're all in it together with you. I'm back on the wagon to undo the holiday damage. Ah, if it only went away as fast as it appears............

Welcome back!.

Not sure who said it on one of these boards but I really do believe I have a fat person inside trying to get out. The only way to beat him back is to control what and how much I eat at all times..

Good luck and we are there for you..

I am back and I'm in need of some serious help..

I did great last year, "quickly" losing about 30 pounds. But with the holidays and other distartactions, I am slipping just as quickly. I am aiming for a full commitment to 100% days and regular exercise come 1/1/09..

Water, 100% days, shutting up the inner voice that says it is Ok to have another cookie....and a good challenge might get me back on track. Anyone here know of a challenge that starts 1/1/09- particularly a challenge that is men or at least mixed?..

I'm jumping back on next week....

Lost 40 pounds on Nutrisystem (from 210 to 170) from March '08 through August '08 - been eating my own food since. Bounced around 170-173 for September and October, then jumped to 190 as of this morning. Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and eating everything I want..

I, too, will be struggling with weight my whole life, but I think I'm OK with it as long as I know what my "weight limit" is and stick to it. Slowly I am learning how to control eating, but it will be a lifelong learning thing.....

Your story sounds so much like my own that it scares me. I lost 35 lbs my first run with NS. But I fell off the wagon big time in 2008 and have gain it all back plus some..

I am starting the program again myself... let's keep each other motivated!.

Dwayne2450...I'll take all the help I can get. So I'm all for keeping each other motivated. Apparently what everyone says is true. Losing it IS easier than keeping it off..

By the way...is it Dwayne or Nick?..

Hey there,.

I'm returning as well. I've been off of Nutrisystem for a couple of years. I'm fairly desperate right now. So I've decided to make a go at this again..

I'm hopeful that I'll be more successful with this attempt..
