Question I have... What is the best site for diabetic Medifast recipes low on the GI scale.? Thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: I had a chicken breast,,, very thin from chik filet I pulled it apart and mashed it up.. well I think I ate too fast and yes it got stuck.. I could feel it not going down,, I walked around ,, jumped up and down and it wouldnt move....

I threw it up... and now I'm fine.... so ill say this once I will never do that again !!.

Anyone experience it getting stuck?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

I did the same thing w/steamed shrimp and veggies. I ate too fast and then it felt like the Medifast food was backing up..

It didn't occur to me to barf until it was too late. It was horrible! The pouch feeling went away and then the pain was much lower. About an hour of "fun"..

I really try to pay attention now when I am having something new...

I had salmon for dinner last week and had the left overs the next day. Much drier the second day and it got stuck. I sat for 10 minutes in misery and then made myself throw it back up..

Lesson learned!..

I cant do chicken or turkey either... If it's in a salad with mayo thats fine. But it's too dry for me. I tried 3 times with turkey in the last few days. Nope, just not for me. I hate the stuck feeling soooo bad, feels like theres a buffalo on my chest.

Good Luck, Ima just.

Stay away.

From it. I perfer steak anyways, and surprisingly...that works just fine for me. Might be cuz I like my beef still mooing :) lol..

I spoke to a girl at GNC who had the.

Surgery.

..she said she used a little dill pickle juice for her chicken..so that it wasnt dry and easy to get down.. since we cant drink while we eat... sounds interesting i'm sure theres no harm in trying it...i'm not at that stage yet though!..

Chicken is my nemesis, I've tried twice to eat it, got it stuck, was in miserable pain, threw it up, felt all better. I will be staying away from it for the time being..

I am having really good luck with super moist turkey meatballs - I've made them italian style in a big pot of tomato sauce and then these blue cheese turkey meatballs (look for the recipe on.

Allrecipes.com).

That were wonderful ... I put a little mushroom gravy on the top of them and everything was great!..

I've been told it will be trial and error with foods from now on. Some foods feel like they get stuck and some don't. I ate low salt ham last week and that did not agree with me at all....

Well I had a similar episode with eating salmon. No matter how I try it seems to always get stuck. I also find that if I try to eat chicken breast it gets stuck. So I try not to eat either one of those foods...
