I myself haven't tried it but I have a friend who has don't know which one she uses will have to ask. I think that is something you have to continue using it's probably cheaper than.

Surgery.

But my GBS says there's no quick fixes and still.

Exercise.

Is best way. I myself am on fixed income and doing good to pay for vitamins and protein shakes. I'm sure that it takes time before you see the difference..

Hope.

This helps good luck...

I personally have been using the Nivea Skin Firming Cream and the Silhoutte and in my honest opinion I don't notice a difference. The Silhoutte was seriously a waste of money. I still do use the Nivea Skin Firming lotion just because it makes me feel like Im actually doing something but I personally do not notice any changes..

I have noticed significant changes in my arms simply by exercising (light weights and using the stretchie band). I also use.

Vitamin E.

(200,000 IU) in a cream form. I started using that prior to the WLS and my skin is a lot smoother and the stretch marks I did have you can hardly notice them..

I'd becareful in what you invest in for firming the skin b/c a lot of it is simply false advertisement (just in my opinion hun)...

I love the Nivea skin firming cream, I doubt it will replace.

Surgery.

, but it is very moisturizing and that can't hurt. It did do a lot to eliminate the "cordoroying" effect I was getting on my lower arms. Oddest great effect was on my neck. I had been using stryvectin neck with little effect (10 times the cost and 1/10 the amount). This works BETTER!!.

I knew I was going to need.

Surgery.

There - even befor GBS, when I had lost 40 pounds it looked terrible - now I'm not so sure..

Exercise.

Helps, water.

Exercise.

Helps even more I think. And the biotin and zinc, that you.

Hope.

Keeps the hair on your head also helps skin. But above all moisturize..

For my face and neck I use Mary Kay products. At night I use Oil of Olay Regenerist Firming Serum and Moisturizer....it has made a world wind of a difference...it is expensive but usually anything good typically is..

As far as the skin.

Surgery.

Is concerned the lotions alone are not going to prevent any sagging. That all depends on where you started (how long you have been at your weight, age, exercise/activity, skin's elasticity...and so on)..

Lu my love- -I still use the Nivea Skin Firming lotion. I may not see a difference but then again I see myself everyday so it's hard to notice those changes..

You know how it goes doll one product may work for someone but not the next. I use the stuff I do simply b/c it has worked for me. My 200,000IU of.

Vitamin E.

Has been a lifesaver...
