First question I have is WHATS A GOOD Nutrisystem diet PILL? Thanks for any comment. My 2nd question... The daily dose article...I like the part about buying the jeans.

Halfway There?.

With all things in life, there is usually a beginning, a middle, and an end to them.

And right now, for those of you who have barreled through the first few challenges in this weight loss game and are finally reaching that midway point, the light at the end of the tunnel is growing brighter and brighter, isnt it?.

This is an ideal time to take a good hard look in the mirror, and physically see how far you have come. Plus, it's an even better time to remember where you have beenand vow never to go back there again!.

Take some time today to grab the tape measure and rejoice in how many inches you have lostits quite astounding isnt it?.

Or at the least, weigh yourself, and compare it to the number you saw when you first started this weight loss thing..

Its enough to propel you into the next phase of your program until you finally reach goal..

And heres a tip to keep your mind focused on the prize: buy a pair of jeans or an outfit in the size that you hope to be when you reach goal, and hang it, visibly, in your closet to motivate you to stick with the program and continue your amazing success..

If youre someone whos halfway there, theres lots you can do to stay on track. And mostly, just keep your head up, with your eyes on the light at the end of the tunnel..

Its growing brighter every day!..

You rock Ben. Congrats. And very well put. Well... put....

I did just that with 36 jeans when I was a 40 pushing 42. Now I wear those..

And now I've got a new pair of 34s I can't wear yet. Yet....

Well said Ben!.

I did that with 34's and am now in them!.

One other thing I've done (because my wife said I should!.

) is kept a suit that I was wearing when I started this journey......just so I have that visual of where I never want to go again...

Nice job BEN. Each of us must find our own inspiration. Coming to the bb and reading about how each of you are finding motivation is helping me...

The first time I was on the program, I started out with a 44 waist and ended up at 33 before reaching goal. I used to take a pair of jeans or something the next size down and lay them on the ottoman we have in our BR. At my weekly weigh ins on Mondays I would also try on the smaller size. Gave me a constant reminder of where I wanted to be and a short term goal to meet...

My 2nd day on Nutrisystem (August 4th) I went to a Steely Dan concert and bought a t-shirt in 2x for the first time in years. (It was a leap of faith, as I really didn't completely expect that I could be successful. I hoped, but I had no assurance.).

Then I wore that now very comfortable shirt all over in England on my vacation in early December..

My next goal is to see if it can be as baggy as my old 4x shirts are on me now by the end of 2009.....

I'm glad I saw this -.

Great idea.

! I'm going to dig through the bags of my I-wish-I-still-looked-like-this clothing this weekend and pick out a few favorites to leave around so I can keep trying to get back into them (whilst being able to exhale). Thanks for posting this!.

ETA: I want to label all the clothing that is now too big for me and put it in a bag labeled "ONLY if I have more children!"..

What I did was each time I fit into smaller clothes all the bigger clothes went into a bag and out of the room. I did eventually have enough faith in myself to give them to charity. Then, weight started creeping back up and I had to buy a couple pairs of 36 waist pants. Here I am again...I don't want to have to buy another wardrobe !..

Well I'm now happy to say that I fit comfy into 38's currently but would like to get to 34's so I'm going to buy a nice north face green pair for the occasion...

Thanks guy, looking for my Nutrisystem commercial opportunity as playgirl hasn't called yet. Still waiting..

You're the one I keep tabs on. We've lost about the same amount over the same time..

Whats happened now is the loss has slowed significantly and almost stopped, however the body keeps changing. The cloths keep getting bigger. Can't seem to get below 200..

Also need to buy some shirts as many have already pointed out to me..

NS does present some problems...

Steve,.

Amazing job! may I ask. Have you purchased new belts yet? Or are you like me and spend your time poking new holes in the old ones? Funny one belt I have wraps around me like one and a half times. Its ridiculous.

Ben..

Funny. When I first started on the Nutrisystem forums, I'd hear you all talk about poking belt holes. Gotta be honest, I'm thinking "damn guys, just replace the belt"..

Then my belts were no good anymore and I started pricing decent belts (which I hadn't bought a new belt in like forever). Then I got home and started poking holes..
