Got a question... When should I eat dinner and dessert for the Medifast Diet? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... I got my first shipment last May, and never started I think it was because I wasn't ready to take control.. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

My box sat for 9 months before I started. 9 months after starting, I was down 87lbs! Starting Medifast was the best thing I could have done. I needed to be ready!..

Welcome! I started last May and had hit my goal of 60 lbs lost by the end of OCT...no time like the present! Enjoy!..

Sometimes I think the hardest part of losing weight is taking that first step!.
I heard about Medifast in January of 2010, but didn't make the decision to try it until March! What took me so long?. There are times I think about how much closer to goal I would be right now if I had not hesitated to start...but really it doesn't matter now. The decision got made and I started the journey and haven't really looked back since.. I'm very excited for you. Hang in there through the first little bit, and you won't believe how good you will feel! Good luck!.. |

While it's a little discouraging to think what you'd weigh now had you started before, I think it's better that you waited. If you weren't truly ready to change Medifast might have been a waste of your time & money. Medifast is one of those things that you are either "in" or "out". You gotta be ready to be fully "in" for it to work. So good for you for being ready and don't be shy about coming to the boards for help!..
