First question I got is Where can I buy Genuine quality Medifast diet pills in Singapore? Thanks for any answer. Second question.. So, I've decided I'm getting through the holidays without any struggle. I've pre-planned and visualized what my Thanksgiving Day will look like and I will be successful. I thought it would be fun, motivating, interesting, etc. to share and see what others are planning to do to get through this holiday..

Here's my plan:.

We're having it catered by the grocery store so I don't have to do the cooking! I will, however make deviled eggs, and others are bringing pot-luck appetizers & a relish plate. I'm leaving all food in the kitchen as a buffet-style meal, and I'm going to pre-plate my meal before anyone comes over (roasting my own veggies, and prepping my OP dessert ahead of time)..

Here's the plan:.


MF 1: Orange Crme 55 Shake.

MF 2: Peach Oatmeal.

MF 3: Strawberry Crunch Bar.

MF Thanksgiving L&G: Lean: 4 oz turkey breast (part of lean); 2 deviled eggs (other part of lean & mayo & mustard & dill relish)- Green: Roasted green beans & asparagus sprayed in Pam EVOO spray, and greek seasoning topped with 5g crushed Walnuts, 1/2 c side salad w/vinegar & onion salt; 1 green onion - Healthy fat: EVOO, 1tsp mayo (in deviled eggs), walnuts & 3 black olives - Snack: pickle spear, & 1/2 tsp dill relish (in deviled eggs) - Condiments: various herbs on roasted veggies (dill, oregano, basil, paprika), mustard (in deviled egg)..

MF 4: Mango soft serve.

MF 5: Chocolate pudding.

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Is it too late for me to join? This is an awesome idea! I was just gonna avoid a thanksgiving dinner overall, but I guess you could make a l&g of it!.

I think this is awesome..

I'm going a different way this year, Thanksgiving is just with my parents and myself. I usually cook, and it's a full on smothered in butter southern food festival. This year i'm gonna be about 3 weeks into Medifast when thanksgiving hits, I don't trust myself yet and told mom and dad I wasn't cooking or eating thanksgiving this year - they are welcome to eat whatever/whenever they want and we will get together and i'll have vanilla pudding with pumpkin pie spice in it - or a shake or or or.

Next year, i'm sure i'll be more comfortable with experimenting and playing with recipes - I do love to cook...but this is the year of me.....and for me, this is what I have to do!.

I think it's great that you have determined what you need to do to be successful. That shows much strength and determination. Good for you!.

Fortunately, my family is being very supportive so we're keeping our meal to basics: turkey, green beans w/onion & seasonings, spring greens salad. Thankfully, the pie they plan to make I don't like!.

We will be successful because we choose to be successful!..

I am in like Flynn, thanks for presenting this challenge. I am going to cook and actually try to get some of my mother's recipes down pat. But, I am having turkey and greens for dinner (L&G) and Medifast all the way. I want to reach my 10% and it is more important to me than my mom's dressing, I'll have some next year when I have brought SEXY back...
